This Privacy Policy explains how Stageunderground LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Signature Studio.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as name and email address; organization and workspace settings; signature content and brand assets; subscription and transaction references; support communications; device, browser, log, and usage information; and Google Workspace directory or Gmail Send-As data that an authorized administrator permits the service to access.
2. Google user data
Signature Studio uses authorized Google data to sync workspace identities, resolve aliases, and manage Gmail signature settings. It is not designed to access email message bodies. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features, maintain security, and comply with law. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, render and deploy signatures, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, analyze service performance, communicate operational updates, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, and integrations; with an organization’s authorized administrators and teammates; when you direct us to do so; during a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Signature Studio receives transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan information, and limited billing details needed to manage your account, but does not store full payment card numbers.
6. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and administrator access.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update account and signature information in the service, manage Google authorization through your Google account or administrator controls, manage cookies through your browser, and request access, correction, deletion, or export of applicable personal information by contacting us. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.
9. International processing and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Signature Studio is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
