Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Signature Studio, including the signature designer, Google Workspace tools, billing features, deployment services, and related websites.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Signature Studio, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any organization you connect or manage.
2. Accounts and workspace authority
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your account. You may connect a Google Workspace organization, deploy signatures, invite teammates, or manage billing only when you have authority to do so.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, included seats, and plan features are displayed before purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown in that portal and does not retroactively refund prior billing periods except where required by law.
4. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of logos, images, contact details, signature designs, and other content you submit. You grant Signature Studio a limited license to host, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use the content.
5. Google Workspace access
Workspace features may access directory profiles and Gmail signature settings authorized by your administrator. Signature Studio is not designed to read or store email message content. You are responsible for configuring appropriate Google permissions and informing users as required by your policies and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, send deceptive content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or exceed documented usage limits through automated abuse.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party services, security events, and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
8. Third-party services
Signature Studio integrates with services such as Google Workspace and Stripe. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or changes outside our control.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stageunderground LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Stageunderground LLC from claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
